Teen Program Facilitator – After-School

Are you passionate about youth development and ready to empower the next generation of strong, smart, and bold teen girls? Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a Teen Program Facilitator to lead dynamic after-school programming designed specifically for teens. In this hands-on role, you’ll serve as a mentor, facilitator, and youth advocate—delivering impactful workshops, building strong relationships, planning local field trips and events, and helping grow our teen programming through outreach and community engagement.

Assistant Group Lead: After-School Program Facilitator

Join a mission-driven team that’s creating safe, empowering spaces for participants to learn, grow, and lead. As an Assistant Group Lead, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging after-school programming for participants in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Working closely with a Lead Facilitator or Program Specialist, you'll help bring our curriculum to life—providing consistent supervision, supporting a positive group environment, and guiding youth through hands-on activities that inspire confidence, curiosity, and connection.

Girls Inc. of Worcester awarded $25,000 grant by Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives (MBI)

Worcester, MA – Girls Inc. of Worcester was awarded a $25,000 grant by the Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives (MBI).  The Massachusetts Office of Business Development has provided MBI with funding to promote diversity in the life sciences industry throughout the Commonwealth through the Building a Diverse Biomanufacturing Workforce Pipeline Challenge Grant. The grant will support Girls Inc. of Worcester’s five-year STEM and Leadership program Eureka! for girls in grades 8-12. In operation since 2011, this progressive model of programming recruits a new cohort of 30 girls each year.

Girls Inc. of Worcester inspires girls to be strong, smart and bold.  One of our elite programs, Eureka!, is a year-round, five-year STEM intensive program that engages and empowers 8th-12th grade girls as they develop confidence and discover leadership and academic opportunities in STEM fields.

After-School Program

Join us after school for fun, affordable, and educational programs! Girls are given the tools, opportunities, and encouragement to grow in a girls-only environment. Age appropriate groups will explore fun activities with new friends, such as swimming, dance, theater, STEM, literacy, nutrition, and fitness activities.

Join us for 7 exciting weeks of fun, learning, and connection in a safe and engaging environment designed to help children grow, explore, and thrive.

Enjoy your summer at Girls Inc. of Worcester! Activities include swimming, kayaking, crafts, hiking, STEM activities and so much more! Make this summer memorable! Summer programming runs from June 29, 2026 through August 14, 2026. There will be no programming on July 4th due to the holiday.
