On March 23, 2023 at 4:30pm, over 200 attendees will join at the College of the Holy Cross - Hogan Center to celebrate leaders in our community who are supporting Girls Inc. of Worcester's mission of being STRONG, SMART, and BOLD.
Girls Inc. of Worcester awarded $25,000 grant by Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives (MBI)
Worcester, MA – Girls Inc. of Worcester was awarded a $25,000 grant by the Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives (MBI). The Massachusetts Office of Business Development has provided MBI with funding to promote diversity in the life sciences industry throughout the Commonwealth through the Building a Diverse Biomanufacturing Workforce Pipeline Challenge Grant. The grant will support Girls Inc. of Worcester’s five-year STEM and Leadership program Eureka! for girls in grades 8-12. In operation since 2011, this progressive model of programming recruits a new cohort of 30 girls each year.

Girls Inc. of Worcester inspires girls to be strong, smart and bold. One of our elite programs, Eureka!, is a year-round, five-year STEM intensive program that engages and empowers 8th-12th grade girls as they develop confidence and discover leadership and academic opportunities in STEM fields.
After School Drop-In Program
Join us every day after school for fun, affordable, and educational programs! Girls are given the tools, opportunities, and encouragement to grow in a girls-only environment. Age appropriate groups will explore fun activities with new friends, such as swimming, dance, theater, STEM, literacy, nutrition, and fitness activities.

Summer Camp 2026 is here!
Join us for 7 exciting weeks of fun, learning, and connection in a safe and engaging environment designed to help children grow, explore, and thrive.
Enjoy your summer at Girls Inc. of Worcester! Activities include swimming, kayaking, crafts, hiking, STEM activities and so much more! Make this summer memorable! Summer Camp runs from June 29, 2026 through August 14, 2026. There will be no camp on July 4th due to the holiday.
Teen Program Coordinator – Academic Year
Are you passionate about youth development, case management, and building pathways for teens to thrive? Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a Teen Programs Coordinator to oversee and strengthen our teen-focused programming through direct service, coordination, and community partnership. This role blends hands-on youth engagement with program coordination, referrals, and relationship-building to ensure teen participants receive holistic, responsive support.
Community Educator – Academic Year
Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a Community Educator to implement and co-facilitate school- and community-based programming through our Girls Promoting Safety (GPS) and Girls Unified (GU) initiatives. This role focuses on direct program delivery, relationship-building with school and community partners, and program preparation to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and youth-centered experiences for participants.
Administrative Services Coordinator- Multilingual
Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a highly organized and welcoming Administrative Services Coordinator-Multilingual to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential in overseeing the full-cycle registration process across all Girls Inc. programs, including after-school, Eureka!, summer/vacation camp, community, and enrichment offerings. In addition to coordinating agency-wide registration, this position ensures front desk operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with best practices in customer service, data integrity, and building security.
Facilities Specialist
Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Specialist to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all staff, participants, and visitors. This evening role is essential in supporting the overall upkeep and operation of our building, including cleaning, light repairs, maintenance tasks, and deep cleaning of program and administrative spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and has a strong sense of ownership over the care of our facility.
