Facilities Specialist
Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Specialist to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all staff, participants, and visitors. This evening role is essential in supporting the overall upkeep and operation of our building, including cleaning, light repairs, maintenance tasks, and deep cleaning of program and administrative spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and has a strong sense of ownership over the care of our facility.

Clinical Wellness and Equity Internship
Position Summary
The Clinical Intern is a master’s-level graduate student who provides direct, supervised clinical and social-emotional supports to girls and gender-expansive youth in after-school and summer programming. This role is ideal for students pursuing licensure in mental health counseling, social work, or a related clinical field. The intern will deliver group-based interventions, provide individual support, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to a trauma-informed, culturally responsive care model.
Case Management Clinical Internship

The Case Management Intern supports the Clinical Intern and Wellness & Equity team by providing case coordination, participant support, and family engagement assistance. This role is designed for undergraduate juniors or seniors interested in social work, psychology, public health, education, or human services.
Art & Creative Expression Internship

The Art & Creative Expression Intern supports youth social-emotional development through visual art, creative projects, and expressive activities. This role emphasizes healing-centered engagement, identity exploration, and emotional literacy through art.
Dance/Movement Internship
Position Summary
The Dance & Movement Wellness Intern uses movement-based practices to support physical regulation, emotional expression, and self-confidence among girls and gender-expansive youth. This role integrates creative movement, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed facilitation into GIW programming.
