Case Management Clinical Internship

Position Summary
The Case Management Intern supports the Clinical Intern and Wellness & Equity team by providing case coordination, participant support, and family engagement assistance. This role is designed for undergraduate juniors or seniors interested in social work, psychology, public health, education, or human services.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support individual participants through check-ins, goal tracking, and relationship-building
  • Assist with case notes, referrals, and follow-up under staff guidance
  • Help connect families to community-based resources and services
  • Support group wellness programming and special events
  • Observe and assist with SEL and clinical group facilitation
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and mandated reporting standards
  • Communicate observations and concerns to the Clinical Intern and supervisor
Work Schedule: 

In-Person: Ability to work after school hours (approximately 1:30–5:30 PM), up to 20 hours/week (flexible)

Qualifications: 
  • Junior or senior standing in an undergraduate program related to human services
  • Experience working with youth or families preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in trauma-informed care, mental health, or case management
