AiVi Nguyen is a business litigation attorney and a partner at the law firm of Bowditch & Dewey, LLP in Worcester.  She became a partner when she was just 31 years-old, one of the youngest in Bowditch’s over 100 year history to ever be elected into the partnership.  Raised in Worcester since infancy, and as a child of uneducated Vietnamese refugees living under the poverty line, AiVi faced many challenges in her rise to success to become who she is today – challenges related to race, gender, and socioeconomic status.  AiVi’s professional accomplishments are impressive and she is a promi
