Krista is currently a Global Executive Practice Lead for Dell Technologies’ Executive Talent Acquisition organization, where she has been instrumental in building global teams that drive the most complex IT transformation strategies for Dell Technologies’ customers. She has been in the field of Talent Acquisition for nearly 25 years with national and global companies across various industries and is passionate about her opportunity to bring value to the continued growth and success of the organizations she supports. In addition to her work with Dell, Krista has been involved with a number of associations as a guest speaker and panel member, including Assumption College Women’s Leadership Forum, Dell EMC Employee Latin Leadership Interest Team and National Society of Black Engineers. She was also selected to participate in the Manage Success Now women’s leadership program at Dell EMC.
Krista received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Assumption College in Worcester. Although she did not pursue her original goal of becoming an elementary school teacher, Krista continued to teach dance part time for nearly 20 years and was able to fulfill her passion to enrich the lives of children in her community. Krista is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Assumption College.
Krista grew up in Worcester and currently lives in Holden with her husband, Chris, two children, Kali, 21, and C.J., 19, and golden retriever, Josey. She enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and playing golf, and is an avid theatergoer and New England sports fan.
