    Week 3: "Where the Wild Things Are" - Animal Adventures

    Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!  You won't want to miss this week.  Things are about to get a little "zoo crazy" as we talk about wild animals from around the world.

    This week a few of our activities will be:

    • Making elephant toothpaste (for humans)
    • Creating ants on a log
    • Visiting the Heifer Project!

    There's still time to register for the following six themed weeks.  We hope you will join us!

    Week 2: "Snap, Crackle, Pop" - Calling All Future Physicists

    Do you know what makes Rice Krispies Cereal snap, crackle, and pop when you add milk?  What makes a roaring fire snap, crackle, and pop, too?  Join us to find out the answers to these questions and other weird physical phenomena.

    “Imaginarium” - The Sky's The Limit!

    Have you ever wondered what it would be like to walk on the moon? Did you know that you would only weigh 1/6th of your weight on Earth? This week we explore the mysteries of our universe.

  • College Shower: Class of 2013

    Celebrate & honor the accomplishments of our Class of 2013 Girls!

    Girls Inc. has again joined forces with the University of Phoenix to recognize our high achieving college-bound students for their determination, commitment to academic excellence and strong work ethic. Our Second Annual College Shower celebrates these graduating seniors with gifts and accolades.

    Girls Incorporated of Worcester celebrates our signature event of the year - Girls Celebration 2013 to honoring the accomplishments of women and girls as well as local community leaders that truly exemplify Girls Inc.'s mission of inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.sm This year's awardees are:

    8 week session: April 2nd through May 21st

    30 minute classes/$75.00 per session

    Career Exploration Day

    Girls Inc. of Worcester welcomes all 7th and 8th grade girls to our annual Career Day on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. At this free event, girls can discover their futures by meeting successful, inspirational women who work in a variety of rewarding professions.

  • February Vacation Week

    Join us for 4 fun filled days!!!

    Your children will take part in activities such as gym, crafts, cooking, computers, swim and much more. 

    Please send your child with a lunch for the day.

    $32 per day and financial assistance rates apply.

  • December Break at Girls Inc. of Worcester

    Join us for a fun filled 4 days over December Break! 

    At Winthrop House attendee's will take part in activities such as gym, crafts, cooking, computers, swim, and many more with friends! Please come to Winthrop House to fill in the sign up sheet. We look forward to seeing you!

    We request that your child bring a packed lunch each day they attend the program.
