The esteemed Valerie S. Loring Girl of the Year award goes to Annalysse Hazzard. Annalysse is the first girl in recent years to attend Girls Inc. of Worcester from Kindergarten through 12th grade. She has participated in a number of our programs during the last 13 years including after-school and the prestigious Eureka! program. Last year, she was awarded the Girls Inc. National Strong, Smart and Bold Girl of the Year award—truly a remarkable accomplishment. Annalysse demonstrates patience, compassion and dedication, qualities that make you an excellent staff member in the after-school and summer camp programs. We know the girls are cheering you on and giving you air high fives as they are watching. Congratulations, Annalysse. I can’t wait for when you can meet Val Loring in person!
