On March 8, 2023, Girls Inc. of Worcester and Consigli Construction celebrated Women in Construction Week!
Consigli Construction has sponsored the 2023 Eureka! STEM & Leadership cohort. During the past 5 years of being in the program, the girls have been able to visit job sites with Consigli, asking questions and completeting externships with the company.
During the event, Consigli Construction and the girls "flipped the script" where the girls were panelist and employees of Consigli were able to ask them about their experience and what they think their future will look like.
