Multipurpose Alden Hall
Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a welcoming and uplifting environment. The layout is flexible and adaptable, accommodating a variety of activities from workshops, group events, and creative endeavors.
This space hosts up to 250 guests in tables and chairs. Features a catering Kitchen and stage with screen and audio visual equipment with speakers.
Conference Room
The room is filled with state-of-the-art computers, tablets, and interactive whiteboards, providing the latest in technological resources. Each workstation is equipped with comfortable seating and ample space, ensuring comfort and focus during creative and collaborative projects.Meeting Room
The room comfortably hosts 6-10 people for private meetings and feature Bluetooth Audio Visual features.
Breakout Rooms
Flexible seating arrangements include chairs, collaborative tables, and cozy reading nooks. This setup encourages both individual study and group collaboration, making the space versatile and dynamic.
Gym/Basketball Court
The gym boasts a polished wooden floor, perfect for various sports and activities, ensuring a safe and high-quality surface for play and activities.
Pool
The pool itself is a pristine, temperature-controlled oasis, designed with safety and inclusivity in mind. With various depths, it accommodates swimmers of all levels.The pool area also has additional bench seating for 15 individuals not featured in this photo.
Outdoor Area
the outdoor area at Girls Inc. is a vibrant and nurturing space. Benches and picnic tables are provided throughout the outdoor area, offering comfortable places to sit, socialize, host and study. alongside the field is a state-of-the-art playground, equipped with swings, slides, climbing structures, and other play equipment.
Camp Kinneywood
a haven of adventure, growth, and Fellowship nestled in a beautiful natural setting. As you arrive, the serene ambiance and stunning landscape immediately invite you to explore and embrace the outdoor experience. Enjoy boating on the lake. The Camp offers an outdoor pavilion seating for comfortably for 75. Additionally, several cabins offer additional features. One cabin features air conditioning and heating. Bathrooms are located in one cabin and the property also has a portable bathroom as well.

The reservations and arrangements for use of girls inc of Worcester facilities must be made through the finance office
Note: Facility is available for up to 8 hours per day and must end by 9:00 pm with cleanup completed by 10:00 pm

Rental Fees
All spaces available for rent are located at 125 Providence Street, Worcester except for Camp Kinneywood which is off-site at 50 Stone House, Hill Road in Holden.
Non-profit organizations enjoy a discount of 25% on all rental rates.
Multipurpose Hall Rates
Capacity: Up to 250 Guests Depending on the Seating Arrangement
Rental Rates:
- Up to 100 Guests - $600
- Under 175 Guests - $900
- Over 175 Guests - $1,200
Rental Rates Are for 8 Hours and for a Period Up to 9:00pm. Each Additional Hour From 9:00pm Until 11:00pm Is $100 Per Hour
Rental Deposit: $200 Due at Time of Reservation

Capacity: 50
Rental Rate: $125 Per Hour. Hourly Rate Includes One Lifeguard for the First 25 Guests. An Additional Lifeguard Is Required for Additional 25 Guests at a Fee of $25 Per Hour.
Gym/Basketball Court Rate
Capacity: 40
Rental Rate: $85 Per Hour (Minimum of 2 Hours)
Conference Room Rate
Capacity: 50
Rental Rate: $150 Per Hour (Minimum of 2 Hours)
Meeting Room Rate

Restrictions: Camp Kinneywood is only available for rent from May 15 to October 15 and swimming, boating or use of the water is prohibited after labor day.

Is there parking onsite?
There is ample parking at both locations and parking is free for all events.
What items are included in my rental package?
Tables and chairs as requested.
Can you set up and break down the equipment?
Setup and breakdown services are included. During the summer, set and breakdown options may be limited.
Is there a kitchen onsite?
Yes, there is a kitchen onsite, and a refrigerator. It must be requested in advance.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Renter is responsible for any damage to the space, furniture or equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card, check and cash are all acceptable for rental payment.
Is a deposit required? Is it refundable?
A deposit is required for the multipurpose hall and is fully refundable for cancellations made 7+ days before the event date. Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit 50% of the deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit made. Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit part of the deposit. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
What if there is inclement weather?
Only in a state of emergency are refunds provided due to weather cancelations.
Can alcohol be served on the premises?
Only in the multipurpose hall and through the permitting process with a licensed bartender.
Clean up
Clean up is required after all events. All garbage must be bagged or placed in a lidded garbage container. All leftover food and beverages should either be removed or placed in a sealed garbage container.
