Girls Inc is really excited about Take Our Daughters to Work Day this year. We start the day with a great breakfast program at Winthrop House. Senator Harriett Chandler and Pattie Hallberg from Girl Scouts will help welcome everyone - and then I will do a special interview with our inspiring new friend Jane Coken-Ryan from UMass Medical School.
As a special addition, we are inviting working women across the area to honor the girls as they return from their workday with their mentors at a special AFTER-WORK NETWORKING EVENT at Winthrop House! Please consider joining us at Winthrop House from 3 to 4PM to celebrate the girls and encourage them to set BIG goals for their careers - and then find ways to support them to achieve them!
