ASTRONAUTS

August 5, 2010 - 9:54am -- leadacademy

Yesterday we wnet to the Stem Lab and we built CEVs which stands for  Crew Exploration Vehicles. When we were there we also measured  the circumferences of our claves, ankle and thighs. I learned a lot about the importance of teamwork yesterday becaue if you go to space with a crew you need to be able to communicate with each other without fighting all the time because then you'll definitely get nothing done. Thte CEVS we built came rather nice if I do say so myself. I was proud of the creativity of all the girls. We also tried some dehydrated food.....to be honest with you I thought that it was okay. They kind of reminded of some baby food such as formula. I tried a piece of vanilla ice cream. Some of the other girls did not like it at all. They thought that regular ice cream tasted a whole lot better. I am being totally hinest when I say that yesterday was the best day out of this whole week. I feel as if it brought all the girls closer and friendlier to each other.
