Girls Promoting Safety (GPS) Program
The Girls Promoting Safety program is in collaboration with YWCA and the Women's Initiative of the United Way. This program helps girls in grades 6-8 learn to establish healthy relationships with parents, peers, and partners. It consists of these major components: communication, healthy/unhealthy relationships, and self-defense.
GPS is offered in several middle schools. Please contact your school to see if it is available.
