After-School Program Coordinator and After-School Support Staff

After-School Program Coordinator

Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking responsible and experienced individuals to work as After-School Program Coordinators. The position is responsible for curriculum development and implementation of after-school programs for elementary and/or middle school girls. Part time hours are Monday – Friday 1pm – 6pm.     

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will be a positive role model, have reliable transportation, excellent organizational skills, minimum of 2 years experience demonstrating the ability to work in a youth environment facilitating programs with diverse groups. Bilingual is a plus. Must successfully complete a CORI background check.

After-School Support Staff

Girls Inc. of Worcester is seeking responsible and experienced individuals to work as Support Staff in our after-school program. This position is responsible for assisting the After-school Program Coordinator in the day-to-day activities for elementary and/or middle school girls. Part time hours are Monday – Friday 2pm – 6pm. 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will be a positive role model, have reliable transportation, excellent organizational skills, minimum of 1 year of experience demonstrating the ability to work in a youth environment facilitating programs with diverse groups. Bilingual is a plus. Must successfully complete a CORI background check.
